New range, washer and dryer are amazing! The guys at Lakewood appliance were so helpful and quick with the install. They did great work and are so knowledgeable. I love supporting small businesses and they made it such a smooth experience.

Bought a speed queen at a different appliance store not knowing they didn't actually provide warranty service. After a storm, my lid lock malfunctioned leaving me with no washer. After the run around, I called lakewood appliance and even though it's wasn't their problem, they were happy to help and got my machine back in a fraction of the time I would have lost otherwise. Cannot recommend enough. Friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. Will be using for my appliance needs moving forward.

Technician harrassed us for DAYS- Our property managers outsourced a repair to them and in the span of a two days I received a dozen phone calls from this company. At this time I was finalizing the last details of our wedding before the big day that weekend. I told him that, and once it was over and we returned from our honeymoon that we would be in touch. He calls again the day of our wedding, I pick up and tell him again that I would call him to schedule once we return. No big deal, the matter wasn't particularly urgent. I ended up blocking the number so I could focus on the big day without continued interruptions. A few days later he calls my Husband and barades him over the phone. My husband tells him we just had our wedding and were on our way back from the honeymoon. No, "congratulations, I apologize for the interruption I'll try back next week or wait for your call." I could hear him borderline yelling over the phone at my husband. I had previously informed our property managers that we would schedule the maintenance when we got back from our honeymoon so it was not like our property managers were on his coat tails. I let our property managers know after this interaction that I did not feel comfortable having any technician from this outfit in our home. We will be going with a different service provider.

Bought a washer & dryer from them. Works amazing. Fast install. The guys who came out to do the install were very professional and friendly. Would recommend this business. And would buy from them again.

Great experience all around here. We had Alex out to our house to fix our washing machine, and he was able to fix it in one trip. Very friendly staff, would recommend.

Lakewood Appliance has been my go to place for Washers and Dryers over many years for both personal and rental purposes. You get a real person answering the phone (Dan) and answering your questions. Prompt service scheduling and follow up. Technicians (Alex) that consistently demonstrate their knowledge and pride in their work. Amazing service, great products and excellent product knowledge. Skip the big box - go to Lakewood Appliance!

Once the sale is done they don’t care about the customer. Be wary of the people they hire to do deliveries. I almost called the police on the driver today. He was extremely aggressive and threatening. I reported him to the sales office and not sure if anyone cares but after two purchases from them I’m done.
