Immediately felt very personable. I called for consultation prices and ended up with a discussion where I might be able to self repair, and educated me on the problem. I appreciated the openess to having this discussion without pushing to come and assess my appliance personally, and giving me the education on how to do a self repair. Seems like a very fair and honest guy, will definitely use him if I need further maintenance on my appliance.

So glad we found Rodney! He was honest, prompt, reliable, competent, and fast. Another company had been out to fix our appliance, clearly had no idea what was wrong, and wanted to charge us hundreds for a new board. Rodney came out, saw a fan had a bent blade right away, showed us how to fix if it goes wrong again, and charged a very reasonable price. We’re keeping his number in our phones with five stars next to it.

Rodney is wonderful. My power was off for 8 days due to Hurricane Milton and once it came back on my fridge wouldn’t cool. He came out the same day that I called him and had me up and running in an hour. He was extremely knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem within minutes. His pricing was fair and customer service was incredible.

We called Rodney based on a recommendation to fix our dishwasher at the office. He was prompt, fixed the problem and charged a reasonable fee. I wish he was located closer to my home in Brandon. We recommend using Rodney.

Rodney was fantastic. He took apart our dryer in minutes to assess our problem. Found that there were no major issues and left our dryer working fine without charging us more than the house call. I will definitely reach out to him again for any of my other appliance needs!
