I’ve had these guys out 3 - 4 times to install an ice maker, fix a stove, and a refrigerator. Absolutely nothing has been repaired and I have paid a fee for each visit. The response was always I don’t have the right parts and I’ll call you when I do. No calls. I called them for updates and was often told I’ll get the parts in a week or so and call you. I finally called a local plumber and he installed the ice maker in 45 mins on the first visit. Still looking for a quality and reliable appliance repair company.

Our dryer unexpectedly stopped working, so I submitted a request late at night. By early the next morning, I received a call letting me know someone could come between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Stan arrived promptly at 8:30 AM and had the dryer fixed by 9:15 AM! Great service. Thank you so much.

On time, went to work right a way to figure out what was wrong. He was very nice and friendly. He had the part put it on and that was it.

A couple of weeks ago, the water filter in my Frigidaire was stuck. Technician came out tugged on it a few times and said I needed a new housing unit at a cost of $350.00 He didn't even try to remove the filter. I showed him a youtube video I found that might work for him even though I didn't work for me. He said he didn't want to try that because it might damage the component. Charged me $80 for the visit and said to call him back if I wanted to move forward. I tried the youtube video suggestion once more and was able to remove the old one and install the new one. Calling these people were a waste of time and money.

Aside from some initial confusion in scheduling (I had set up a 9-11am, got an email confirming 8am, and then was told I was scheduled for 2-4pm) everything was awesome. Mark the service professional was friendly, called before to confirm, very knowledgeable, and helped me diagnose the entire situation with my dishwasher in Avery practical manner, helping me not only with what was wrong and fixing it but also giving me a roadmap for if things go wrong in the future, how I may want to make my next decisions on it one way or another (it’s 10 years old so it’s time is likely coming in the next 5 years or so). He also threw in great practical tips on what materials should be washed where, in what rack, etc. I will definitely use again and hopefully the scheduling issue was just a fluke or they figure out a way to avoid it in the future. To be fair to them, I called late morning on a Friday for a Monday morning appointment too. Also, when I called at 11am to say nobody had come, they were very apologetic and responsive. I’d say 5 stars for the service professional and 4 stars overall with the fifth given if they nail the initial scheduling next time, and I do plan to use them again if / when if I have future issues so they’ll get another chance!

Can’t thanks this company enough! My stove went out yesterday (two days before Thanksgiving) and I was in a panic! My husband searched on the phone and find this company ( with great reviews by the way) and we called! They came out even earlier than expected today ,which was awesome! Dennis, a competent and delightful young man, discovered the bad igniter within minutes, had a new one on his truck, fixed it very quickly and was on his way! Very reasonable price especially vs. the cost of a new gas range. Dennis is my hero!

Best service ever. Mark was incredible and did a wonderful job on my microwave. He also gave me some great tips on my oven. We had awesome conversation about his family, Buffalo and church. I’ll definitely call you when I have an appliance need. Thank you.
