Igor was my service technician. He came to my home promptly and approached my problem with my refrigerator with confidence. Igor had good communication skills seem to be very knowledgeable in his field of work and the equipment that he was working on. I thought there was going to be more diagnostics needed to be done on censors but Igor reinsured me that the problem was that the hydromatic fluid but that needed to be pumped in to the free on system was low and that's all that needed to be done. With that being said it was a 50/50 chance that it may work and it may not work and left it to me to make the decision whether to carry on further with the procedure. So I made the call and told him to proceed with what he thought was best. Is all in all it was a good experience.
