I had a disappointing experience with this company. My freezer wasn’t working, and they came out and immediately claimed the controller was broken. The proposal they gave me was shockingly high. I decided to get a second opinion, and the other company fixed the issue for a tenth of the price. The controller wasn’t broken at all, they simply unplugged and replugged a part and everything worked again. I’m relieved I didn’t move forward with the original proposal. Based on my experience, their pricing felt unreasonable and bordering on gouging. I would not recommend.

I received amazing same day service for my Subzero refrigerator. The technician George was friendly and had the repair completed quickly. I would highly recommend them for high-end appliance repairs.

They sent over a technician to check my Viking oven that wasn't heating properly. I paid an $89 diagnostic fee, but after that, communication was almost nonexistent for over three weeks unless I followed up. And even then I never received an estimate, was never updated about the parts (other than being told they were backordered after I had to ask), and the technician didn’t call me back like he said he was going to until I escalated to his boss. In the end, I hired another company that fixed my oven the same day. The company offered to refund $30 of the $89 diagnostic fee.

I'm really happy I decided to go with SoCal Appliance Repair company. They were professional, affordable, and had my Subzero refrigerator fixed that same day.
