Stay away from this Company. Our family is having to use an Ice Chest for food preservation because of Mitch Romero Appliances. They were supposed to perform warranty work on Frigidaire Gallery Refrigerator due to inability to maintain freezer temps. They ordered Compressor and fan for the Fridge, we waited 2 weeks with only refrigerator section working. They came Two weeks later and installed. Now both the Freezer and Refridgerator do not work. Then , they tell us it will be several days before they can return. We have lost at minimum $100 worth of food. This Fridge is 8 months old. Frigidaire , you need to Audit your Contract repair companies. This is not indicative of Even decent Customer service. Buyer Beware!!

Arthur came to diagnose a problem with my new Whirlpool Dryer. I had by mistake pushed a Terry Cloth head sweat band down with the lint screen without realizing. I knew I was short 1 headband, I had looked everywhere. He found the headband in just a few minutes and my problem was solved - Great, prompt service! Will definitely use this company again with no hesitation!

Bought a brand new dryer from Lowes, 2 mth’s in, bearings went out. I work a good distance from home, companies customer service is phenomenal, kept me informed and fixed quickly and correctly.

Kevin came to repair my washer and was the best help I’ve ever received. Very nice, professional, and informative. He took his time and made sure everything was done correctly and in working order. It took him about 5 or 6 trips and many new parts but each time he was great to work with. Hopefully this completes the repair but I know if he has to come back he’ll be just as helpful as every other time. It was all through Lowe’s warranty so it was a little process. Very satisfied customer!

Kevin was assigned to repair our dryer (Speed Queen). Our dryer has needed repair 4 times. Kevin noticed that the previous repairs were done incorrectly- the wrong part was used. He took his time in explaining the situation to me as he had run into the same problem before, but spent extra time to figure this out. I am so happy to have a working dryer. The previous repairs had a wait time of 4-6 weeks. Kevin was able to repair my dryer in 2 weeks. Kevin is very professional, polite, and explained everything. I just want to say that Kevin is so nice and so professional.i had a bad experience with knock out repair, but after dealing with Kevin at Mitch Romero's, I know what Quality is about. He was so knowledgeable about my appliance and fixed it ,and always did call backs to check on me to make sure everything was okay.
