On Time Experts

I got an estimate tonight for a handful of services from Codarius Isaac "Co", and I just have to say this man deserves a raise!! Before he walked in the house he put on shoe covers which I immediately noticed and then every time he went out and back in he took them off and put them back on as to not track any outside debris into the house. Such a small detail but man does that go a long way! He was extremely knowledgeable, willing to educate me as a new home owner, clearly explained what services need to be done, and then shared his professional recommendations to proactively maintain my HVAC system. Additionally, I originally scheduled the visit for 6:30pm but was running way behind and Co patiently waited 30+ minutes for me. He was super understanding and professional where I feel most others would be frustrated and start rushing to get the estimate done. He still took his time and conducted a thorough estimate even though that meant he would be here later than the scheduled time. His patience and professionalism speaks volumes to the service this company provides and more importantly the level of service he provides to his clients. Codarius will be the primary reason I move forward with OnTime Experts and I’ll be specifically requesting Co as my HVAC professional!

Great work and quality workmanship and follow-up on HVAC and plumbing teams. We had a great deal of work done. We replaced a 3-ton HVAC system (inside & outside), added a roof solar fan, and all duct work on 3-ton and 5-ton systems throughout the house. On the plumbing side, we added a whole-house water conditioner, and an upgrade for a whole-house natural gas generator. While testing the pressure we had found four leaks under the house. This required a replacement of all the gas lines under our pier & beam historic home with the new coded flexible gas lines. We obviously averted a future disaster. Thanks to the HVAC install team: Joel, Install Manager, Trey, Jose, & Derrick. A super functioning team. Thanks for the Fabulous work. Thanks to the Plumbing Team: Zac Stonerock, Lead Plumber, and the plumbing apprentices that worked with him from day one of several days of work, to include apprentices: EZ Velasquez, Keelan Azakytu, Josh Ramirez-Boyce, and Kevin (Graduate of Naaman Forest HS in Garland ISD). This team was thorough, dedicated, and did fantastic work. Thanks to the OnTime Experts HVAC and plumbing teams. Thanks for your great work and professionalism!! Job well done!! George was very proficient with his work today. He covered everything from A-Z. His mannerism was excellent. He was honest and open about everything with my units I hope that we would have had your company put in our downstairs unit. George arrived promptly in a very timely fashion, and got straight to the matter at hand. You gotta love how George attended to his work. GEAUX GEORGE!!!! ❤️

Otto’s my guy. Polite and thoughtful. Clean and methodical. Got an understanding of the issue and quietly went thru his checklist to assess what might be going on. After a thorough inspection he was confident it was simply a wire from the capacitor which had worked its way loose. For those of you who find yourselves having to call an AC person out and praying you’re not taken to the cleaners, On Time Experts really showed up for us!! Same day. As a veteran, NO charge. My wife and I are blown away w the service. Will call on OTE again with confidence.

Quick and professional. My wife and I discovered late in the evening that our master bedroom sinks weren’t draining. The next morning Trae arrived, identified the problem, and had it fixed by 11am. He was very knowledgeable and great to work with. The whole process was very smooth.

Our water heater safety tank was originally secured with a plastic pipe hanger strap from our garage ceiling. It gave out and when we tried to resecure it, the joint was compromised and we ended up with a leak. We called Saturday evening, they were here Sunday afternoon. Didn't have have everything needed, but did some work so that we can have hot water again and then came back Monday and finished the job. The new safety tank was installed with a more secure bracket on the water heater tank. Parker was professional and left the area clean. His work on the new safety tank install looks nice and clean as well.
