The service guy was so nice, helpful and patient with the process. It took some elbow grease to get the refrigerator through the doorway, but he/we made it happen, thankfully. So far, loving the refrigerator!! He even helped show me how to use the gas range since I have only used electric ranges.

I found Smart Way Appliance from Yelp, had never done that before. Phone call answered promptly, appointment made for the same day (the day after Thanksgiving). I got a text confirming the appointment, confirming who would arrive, with a picture. Alex arrived within the 2 hour window given, efficiently diagnosed the problem, offered solutions and fixed our dryer.
