Texas True Appliance Repair - McKinney

Stuart did an outstanding job during a recent service call to fix my washer. I was running a few minutes late, and he patiently waited without a hint of frustration. From the moment he arrived, he was polite, professional, and incredibly honest about what needed to be done. He took the time to explain everything clearly and handled the repair with confidence and care. It’s rare to meet someone who combines skill with such genuine kindness. I truly appreciate his service and highly recommend him!

Richard (the owner) came out around 10 am (within the time provided when service was set up) and took care of a warranty item on my SpeedQueen washer. Rich was professional, efficient and cordial and it was a pleasure to have him do the needed work. It was very easy to schedule a service appointment and he anticipated what was going to be needed and pre-ordered the part necessary to make the repair. Overall he did a great job and I would certainly use him and Texas True Appliance Repair again if a need arises.

Texas True Appliance Repair far exceeded a high expectations in repairing a two year-old refrigerator with an icemaker that was not working. Their responsiveness and professionalism was only exceeded by their kindness and generosity to ensure that the problem was diagnosed and resolved satisfactorily. The scheduler(s) were efficient AND empathetic. But the real hero for us was our technician- Colton. He was truly amazing. Knowledgeable and relatable… and committed to do whatever it takes as long as it takes to see that the problem was fixed and giving wise and practical advice based on his experience. This provider is definitely our go-to for appliance repair in the future. I give them the highest recommendation.

** Highly Recommend. ** Best Appliance Repair outfit I have ever used, bar none! Rich and Garrett were outstanding. They were both extremely knowledgeable & professional, communicated constantly, and stayed diligent on our issue until it was solved 100%. They made several visits (it was a complicated repair w/ many steps) but we were only charged for the quoted repair. We couldn't be more pleased!

Colton came out to fix our dishwasher today and did an amazing job! He worked quickly and was incredibly personable but still professional, which I appreciated because it’s always sort of uncomfortable to have a stranger in your house. Would definitely hire him again!

They were great, scheduled same day appointment, Rich was really knowledgeable and honest. We had multiple appliance issues and Rich gave an honest opinion of what was worth repairing versus what might be better off getting replaced. Will recommended Texas True Appliance to friends and family and will use them again in the future.

Changed from a 1 star review to a 5 star review! Before we didn’t get the communication we wanted or a heads up before a tech would be late on the day of our appointment. Rich contacted me directly and made it right by coming out over the weekend and making sure my dryer was fixed and ready to go quickly and efficiently while making sure I knew how to test it and make sure it was running smoothly and what to look out for if this started happening again. Great guy and great company, love the response to correct their mistake
