Travis and Ben arrived in am. Diagnosed problem. Transmission was gone. Gave me an estimate for new washer. They came back later afternoon and installed new washer. Excellent customer service. Showed me different functions of new washer. Polite and respectful. Will definitely use them again.

Travis and Ben were professional and thorough! I cannot express what a wonderful job and experience I had with the delivery and installation of my dishwasher and microwave. I recommend them highly!

I do NOT recommend this company. I called them about my washing machine not spinning and they came out the same day (12/18) charging a $150 diagnostic fee. They diagnosed my washing machine with a weak motor and directed me to call LG as the motor was under 10 year warranty. I did that, they ordered the part and came back out on 1/2 to install new motor. The owner/tech replaced it within 15 min (I paid $175 labor cost), put the washing machine on a test cycle and left. Of course as soon as he left the washing machine wouldn’t spin as my original problem. I called and called, hoping he would come back out immediately. Of course they did not and couldn’t figure the problem. The following day they called back and said it must be the clutch and directed me to call LG again. I did and LG pretty much said the clutch was sent with the motor and A Appliance was trying to rip me off. I called A Appliance back told them this and they then ordered the clutch themselves. Of course it took over a week to come back to install the clutch. (1/10) when the owner/tech came out to install the clutch he said it wasn’t the clutch, the tub had to be replaced. Due to that being over $500 to replace, he recommended replacing. Which I agreed with. He said he had a few deals he could over. The first one was a smaller washing machine with a large dent for over $600. I said I have a family of 4 and needed something bigger so he sent me $2,000 washing machine. I said I couldn’t afford it and asked for the $175 in labor back as a refund. Of course I didn’t hear back so then I called about it again and it’s been a week and I’ve heard nothing. I tried to give them the chance to do right but refunding me labor for a problem that never existed (the motor being weak) and was super patient over the month I didn’t have a working machine. I highly recommended using another company for any appliance repairs.

I went into A Appliance and bought a brand new refrigerator at 12:30p. The new refrigerator was very affordable and the installation was completed the same day by 4:30p. Travis delivered the new appliance, as well as disposed of the old refrigerator, he was quick and efficient. Their receptionist was very knowledgeable and kind. I have used their services several times and every transaction has been seamless and pleasant.

Gavin replaced the water line and was very efficient. Company has great customer service will use again!

I do not recommend them at all. He shows up 30 mins late the first time, He’s here 5 mins, pulls a bread twisty tie out do the dishwasher and says this is the problem. I questioned it of course, charges $150! My wife runs a cycle, and it still doing the same thing. Call him again, comes back a week later, tells me over the phone it’s the element, this is without coming back the 2nd time. Ok, comes back almost over an hour late. Installs the element. We run a cycle and still not fixed. Call them again, she gives me a price on a new dishwasher. I want mine fixed!!!!!! Paid them $325, and it’s still not working. Sent them an email, and no response!!! Just bad service!!!!! I’m convinced he doesn’t knows what he’s doing and I will never do business with them!!!

Travis was awesome. Great response....great pricing. Replaced my old dishwasher rather than repair the old one (the last repair man this past June put a band aid on it, when it was clearly on its last legs). Tell me the truth....if it needs replacing, let me know. Wasted money with the band aid repair is wrong!!! Travis recommended top brands and left it up to me to choose.
