Broussard Appliance Service

Washer was under warranty, therefore was not charged for service . Could not be repaired. The repair man changed about 5 different parts . He contacted Maytag, told them it was non repairable. Broussard's appliance was therefore relived of their services. Maytag took over then. It took about 1 1/2 weeks, but they did refund me. I was satisfied with Broussard's repair man. He was very friendly and helpful with his service. Secretaries were friendly and patient also. Thanks

I cannot say enough good things about Broussard Appliance! We have had them out to repair several appliances, but most recently our dryer (after a different company failed to replace a vital part) and our washing machine. The communication surrounding scheduling was great, and the onsite visit was even better. Quick, easy and efficient. The service technician, Randy was so excellent I wish I could have him on speed dial! The office gave a broad window of time that he would be out, but he always called to let me know his eta as soon as he had an idea of his schedule for the day. He was incredibly polite and took the time to explain everything he did/what his findings were and was just all around a pleasure to interact with. Again highly recommend these guys for any appliance servicing or repairs!

Great warranty repair completed by Broussards after 2 other companies ghosted me upon receiving the assignment. They confirmed the appointment several times and updated me throughout the process. Broussard appliance team was a pleasure from start to finish. Booking my appointment was quick and easy. I was contacted the day of service prior to my technician arriving on time. Service of the unit was complete in less than 1 hour with the service technician honesty and knowledge. I highly recommend Broussard for any appliance issue.

I neded a new water pump and control board. The repair man left my house stated he repaired my washing machine. But it was still broken. He did not replace the control board because the new one was faulty. And he failed to tell me this when he left. Now I am waiting for the part to come in and to schedule another service call. Money & time loss.
