Glen did such a great job with my dishwasher when it stopped working. He came out, accurately and efficiently assessed the problem, ordered the special parts needed and came out as soon as the parts arrived. He was quick with his work and clean- didn’t leave a mess and cleaned everything up. Highly recommend!
Had an issue with my dryer that I needed help getting fixed, so I sent these guys a message on a Saturday afternoon. Heard back later that day and got an appointment scheduled for Monday which was a faster turnaround than I expected. Repair was done in minutes and the service was great. 5/5 excellent experience, I plan on calling these guys again for any future issues
Had a great experience with these guys. My fridge suddenly gave up on me and my home warranty paired me up with Easy Appliance Repair. Glen came in and was able to identify the issue quickly. After ordering and obtaining the part, he came in again and was quickly able to fix the fridge and rectify the issue.
I’m very pleased with the service we received getting the ice maker in our refrigerator replaced. They were quick to identify the problem and order the parts. They were great about scheduling, arriving on time and completing the work quickly and efficiently. Gleb did a great job. He was quick and clean and clearly knows his stuff. Arrived very late with less than stellar communication. However, the technician was excellent and gave me honest information. Advised that the fix might not last because of unknowns, but did what I asked anyway. Fridge is running great.
