Ansley was assigned (via HSA Home Warranty) to come out and troubleshoot an issue we were having with our dryer. The tech came out, agreed that yes, the dryer was not working but said he "didn't know how to fix the issue" and left our home. No follow up, nothing. I called the Home Warranty company that assigned them to our work order and they too tried to reach out to Ansley for an update, and their outreach was also unsuccessful. And on top of that, the home warranty company won't refund us our $100 we had to pay for the 5 minutes the Ansley tech spent at our house only to confirm that there was a problem and leave without fixing anything. Horrible across the board.

We were referred to Ansley by our home warranty company. We were able to get an appointment within 24 hours of calling. Anthony was timely, friendly, and professional. He found the issue with our dryer almost immediately and resolved it the same day- he had the part he needed in his truck! Thank you, Anthony!

I am a disabled individual, who contacted my home warranty company because I was having issues with my front load dryer Tim, with Ansleycalled me in a timely manner to schedule a tech out to my home. Jason, the tech contacted me 15to 30 minutes before my appointment to let me know what time he would arrive. Jason was professional and on time. Upon entering my home, he greeted me, confirmed the issuewith the unit.Then he immediately asked if he could see the dryer Jason Started working on the unit immediatelyA short while later, Jason fixed the issue and gave me some recommendations forupkeep on the unit for the future. It was an absolute pleasure to meet and have Jason in my home I felt safeAnd assured that my unit is fixed so far it’s goo and still working Thank you Ansley!

I had a great experience with this company. I was referred to Ansley through my home warranty company. Within 2 hours of making the request for service I got a text message from them asking for more information about the issue and an appointment was made for the next day. The technician arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the problem. I'd be happy to use Ansley Appliance Service again.

Well what can I say. Ansley appliance is a strange company. I called them to get my dishwasher looked at. They told me that the problem was the control board. Fair enough. Put in the order for a new control board. But they will then proceed to never call you back. I called them at least once a week or often several times a week, but they never call back. Only on a rare occasion do they answer. Usually I have to call all three numbers that they list on their website to elicit a response. I'm always fair to them -- treat them with respect. But I wish I can say the same for them. They say that they cannot source the part. So I figured out how to source the part, and offered to buy the part if they would install it; again no answer. -- Yes it is that crazy. I would totally understand if they would say no we don't want to work with you or no we don't want to take your money, but don't ghost people like they are your ex-girlfriend.

This company should be rated ZERO STARS, negative if possible. Could not have gone worse. The first tech (Will) sent out took my dryer apart three times, admittedly lost screws and bolts inside, was at my house for four hours and ended up telling me it was an electric issue. Turns out he tripped the fuse and didn't have a clue to consider this as a possibility. Made me call an electrician, and pay for electrician service only to learn about the fuse being tripped. Called Ansely back for them to come look at dryer again, as now established the problem is not electrical. Second tech (Anthony) came, took the dryer apart again, and said it was a circuit board problem and he'd have to order parts and come back again. Two days later, same tech (Anthony) returned to replace the circuit board after 3 hours he left telling me all his readings showed the dryer was working. I went to do laundry immediately after he left and the dryer did not work. Next business day I called called Ansley to report that my dryer was not working. Tech (Anthony) instructed me to disconnect the vent from the back of the dryer and the dryer would work then as he said it was a vent problem. I did so and the clothes inside dried. However, subsequent loads, with vent still unattached, did not dry. This proves it is not a vent problem. The next day (Saturday) I called Ansley to report that the subsequent loads had not dried, even with the vent unattached. I received no call back. On Monday, Ansley called my warranty company and reported the problem to be a vent problem...even though he had a voicemail from me stating with the vent unattached the clothes were still not drying. Ansley appliance never returned my phone call from Saturday. Instead they lied to my warranty company on Monday telling them it was a vent problem and they couldn't do anything else. I called Ansley on Tuesday, having expected a return call from Saturday. Anthony told me he would not come out to my house again to service the dryer because he "wouldn't get paid by the warranty company for a fourth service call." Even though, the dryer still isn't fixed. Not only was Ansley Appliance unable to help me, and blatantly lied to my warranty company, I found them to be condescending, having once been told I "couldn't possibly understand" the problem with the dryer. To every service call they were at least 15 minutes late to the 1 hour window; first time Will came at 1:30pm for a 12-1pm call and for the second call Anthony came at 2:15pm for a 1-2pm call. This company is incompetent, unprofessional, condescending, and should be ashamed at the level of service they provide.

Ansley did a great job of working with myself and my warranty company. The part came in and they were able to schedule an install on that next Saturday when I was available. Anthony was a nice, and considerate repair man who left no sign that he even did any work on my stove. I was impressed.
