Great experience w having my outdoor fireplace swept. The technician was on time, knowledgeable, put tarps down and cleaned up after the service. He showed me pictures of my chimney before and after and went thru his inspection results. I have the peace of mind now to use the fireplace again. I highly recommend using this company for an honest and easy chimney sweep.

I was having an issue with the stove pipe on my wood stove leaking water in my house… I called 1st Choice residential, the next day their tech Clay arrived early and identified the problem in 5 minutes. Excellent service as always. We have been using this company for over six years now for our annual chimney maintenance. Scott C. was a new tech this year. He is very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. He thoroughly explained all information and provided detailed photos of the work. I can definitely see the difference in the "before" and "after" photos. Scott definitely went above and beyond. I will always trust my chimney maintenance/cleaning with First Choice Residential.

Thanks Jeff Ballwin for correcting Nathan’s poor work. Elijah was great. According to Elijah, Nathan didn’t even clean the chimney and he took pictures for Jeff to see. Here is Nathan’s work (or lack of). Since Jeff made it right I would use them again as I have used them before with no problems.

Scott did an excellent job cleaning my fireplace and gas grill. He gets the grill ready before each grilling season and during times of heavy use. My grill gets "detailed".

Outstanding results on my grill, a couple of stainless steel cabinets, and cement counter. Care was taken not to stain or damage adjacent structures. Work was neat and the area was clean tidy afterward.

Signed up for grill cleaning and also got my entire patio cleaned and the grill repaired and cleaned like new! Scott did a first class job! Thank you!
