I thought my service was fine until… I Just had it serviced where we moved too and service man seen a broken glued part and another was hot glued down. Not very happy. Could have just ordered the parts like I’m going too now on eBay. If you break something just replace and be an honest person. People don’t deserve dishonesty

Honesty, Kindness and Integrity!!! Gary treated my Wife with All of the above. My Wife came across an issue with my Moms borrowed sewing machine and he went above and beyond by quickly troubleshooting it. I was at work, but I appreciated how her face lit up while telling of her wonderful experience dealing with his Professionalism! Gary and his business are still founded on what the old American Value System was All about. Do right by others, earn their respect & trust and charge a fair price to offer your skills to future customers. If I had the time or energy to stand on McHenry and spin his business sign, I definitely would. Take your problematic vacuum or sewing needs to Gary… or even consider new purchases from him. You just Can’t beat being able to communicate with a knowledgeable, and helpful person face to face, instead of being transferred to different automated departments. Or even those wet behind the ears sales people who hook up your cold refrigerator line to the hot side of your hot water heater. WOW, Thank You again Gary! 5+++

If you want to support a local business that gives back to the community, come see him! He has all the filters, belts and parts for your vacuum as well. This man does excellent work! He is able to fix complicated computer sewing machines that a lot of other businesses won’t touch. He has worked on my wife’s machines as well bringing them to excellent "like new" condition. We will always bring our machines to him.

Excellent service and repair on a computerized embroidery and sewing machine for a great price. He has training on Singer XL 6000 and 5000 so was able to replace the gear for the auto threader and clean up the machine within just 2 hours. My machine now works like new. He is a rare gem.
