The Little Guy's Heating and Air Conditioning

Couldn't ask for a better company. Been using them now for over 3 years. Never disappointed. They always communicate throughout the process, offering suggests. We have them come out twice a year in the Spring and again in the Fall to do any preventive maintenance. Chris is great, very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. He just signed us us for free filters delivery which is good because I keep getting the wrong size. Lol. Thanks Chris!

Chris did excellent work removing my condenser. there was excellent communication regarding the appointment time and when to expect him. his customer service is exemplary and i will be doing business with this company in the future. thank you

Chris installed heat pump water heater. He always works well with me. I enjoy dealing with their company and so far they've done great work. Hope it never changes. It's been about a week since my water heater was put in, everything seems to be working Okay ,very happy.

The Little Guy's came out to re-inspect my AC system after another company came out a week prior. I didn't feel confident since so many items were recommended by the first company. Plus the prices were a bit pricey. The tech with the Little Guy's (Leo) explained everything in a way that I could really understand and their pricing was also lower. I will definitely continue to use them. I signed up for the maintenance plan, and will have my maintenance service to times a year.

Chris provided excellent customer service. His recommendations for the system in our rental house were practical and the price was fair. He finished the job quickly and everything looks great!

Bacilio Came to do a summer maintenance on my A/C , he notified me when he was on his way, was there in the agreed-upon time. He was extremely polite and very informative on everything he was going to do when he was done he explained everything thoroughly so I could understand it. The prices are very reasonable . The maintenance program is a very good deal. I would like to use this company in the future for all my heating and AC needs. It was very refreshing to A nice young man, who also explained everything very thoroughly. It was definitely a pleasure.

Bacilio was an amazing and thorough technician. No pressure. Did a great job. Frustrated that a system only 8 years old that was installed by a Honey’s Air is already having issues. Little Guys, thank you for being an alternative to their ridiculousness. Had an issue with a repair that I was told might be covered under warranty, so I contacted Honey’s. Their technician came out and claimed that Little Guys damaged the service valve and that would need to be replaced before he can test anything. He still charged me $75 for coming out and doing virtually nothing. I received the quote today (5 days later) from Honey’s and it was for $2,700 for a valve that my unit doesn’t even have(I wouldn’t have known that, until Chris, Little Guys owner, came out and inspected it himself). The service valve was not damaged and the part that was quoted from Honey’s was for a heat pump and not an A/C unit. Chris didn’t charge me anything for coming out but verified there was nothing wrong with the service valve. I still need the original repair done, but that will have to wait until I can afford it. I am so thankful that there are still honest business owners around. Thank you Chris.
