Don’t use this company. The first appointment I had with them, the tech never called me or attempted to find my home. I later found out the reason he stayed was because he couldn’t find parking. I rescheduled and when the second tech showed up he had to look up the code displayed on the dash. Same thing I did. He didn’t seem to know what was wrong with it and recommended sensor and coil be replaced and then gave me a 563 repair bill. I can buy the dryer new for 650. Called another company repair for 100. These guys are con artists.

Called them on a Saturday in late morning and told them I needed someone to come check out a range, where theboven portion didn't work on one of my rental apartments. I spoke w the phone rep and she was very friendly and explained their process very clearly. They told me they could send a repair tech out the day around 3-6.
