Stoddard's & Hebron Appliance

Tim came couple of times working on different appliances. It was great that he personally & quickly returns all calls (no virtual or robotic assistants). Tim was friendly, professional, honest, and explained & showed us the needed repair. He was prompt, called letting us know he was on his way, and afterwards cleaned up work area. I highly recommend him and will call him for any future appliance repairs.

Tim is a very professional and skilled repairman who has helped me multiple times to repair my washer, gas stove, and fridge. He has always been able able to quickly diagnose and repair issues and is also very polite and easy to work with when scheduling and ordering parts. I would recommend Tim to anyone having appliance troubles.

We have used Tim several times over the last several years. He has worked on our refrigerator, and our washing machine. He also installed a clothes dryer for us. Tim's charges are reasonable and he always does a great job. We will use him again.

Tim has been servicing our appliances for years. He is quick and efficient. He is also very honest in letting you know if it is worth it to fix an appliance or if you should buy a new one. Tim has worked on our washers, dryers, gas stove, and dishwasher. Don’t worry if you are not in the Hebron area, Tim will come to you.

Tim is professional and quite responsive, as I recently had needed work done on my stove in time for a family gathering (in 3 days). He was able to fix my stove just in time! And on top of all that he was so kind and understanding 10/10 !!!

Tim was a pleasure to work with. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The final cost of our repair was LESS THAN the initial estimate. Would recommend to anyone needing appliance repairs.

Tim was been there for my family for the past 30 years. Something has happened, however, as he hasn’t reliably responded to text messages nor voicemails nor answering machine messages at his shop for the past year. Last week I left emergency messages at his shop, on his cell voicemail, and via text at least 6 times as my cooktop completely failed - no response at all. I wrote the above review yesterday and only that review finally resulted in a voicemail today - claiming his cell phone was down for 8 days. Tim complained in his voicemail about a couple reschedules required the last time I hired him - from which I infer he had chosen to not respond to my emergency messages last week. Tim - those of us who work 60+ hours/ week cannot stay home indefinitely awaiting your arrival. We’ll lose our jobs. Work with us. Regrettably I recommend caution, as Tim’s business practices seem to have changed in recent years. He has demonstrated unresponsiveness and disrespectful / disorganized scheduling practices recently. I genuinely hope Tim and his business are ok.
