I recently contacted Matt after searching for a new appliance. He helped me find the perfect refrigerator that fit both my space and my needs. Although the model I wanted was backordered, Matt kept me updated and let me know as soon as it was back in stock. He quickly arranged delivery, and the team was fantastic—punctual and very careful with everything. I’m extremely satisfied with the whole experience; the price, product, and service were all excellent. I was so impressed that I immediately referred them to my brother and a friend who are also looking for appliances.

I walked into the Newton showroom and bought a dishwasher. Adam was knowledgeable and kind. He worked very hard to set up installation on a timely schedule. I will recommend Poirier to friends and family. Thank you, Adam!

Spoke to probably the rudest sales representative I've ever talked to. He told me "I hate people who call around asking for whats in stock, WE ALL HAVE THE SAME STOCK WE PULL FROM THE SAME DISTRIBUTORS" and proceeded to yell at me as if I was the therapist he needed to be seeing. Never bought an appliance in my life, yet I get yelled at for being unaware of how they're distributed. Since they apparently all have the same distributors, go do yourself a favor and shop literally anywhere else

Bought a dishwasher and microwave here and got great prices on both. The salesperson (Jimmy Tieso) was knowledgeable, helpful, made the whole process easy, and he was trustworthy. Install was smooth and quick. Great experience all around—I highly recommend.

We needed a new washer and dryer and have a small space, up three flights of stairs. Home Depot, two separate times, made every possible excuse not to remove our old units and install the new ones. Poirier came in, removed the old and installed the new with no issues at all. I’m very grateful for how easily they worked with zero complaint.

I purchased an Electrolux washer and dryer from Poirier Sales & Service, paying a premium because I expected excellent service. Unfortunately, my experience was far from that. The delivery team arrived, noticed there was no power (which was being installed), and said they couldn’t install the appliances. When I said I would refuse delivery, they changed their mind and agreed to install—only if I accepted full liability for any leaks. I also noticed the units were not leveled properly, and there was a large scratch on the new washer and dryer. When I pointed this out, they denied it despite me showing a clear photo. They asked, "What do you want, money or something?" I simply asked for the units to be leveled properly and for the scratch to be addressed, but they dismissed my concerns and denied the damage. Terrible service, especially for the premium price I paid. Very disappointed.
