Ezequiel came to repair the ice maker on my fridge. First impression, he was late. He diagnosed the problem and provided me a quote, to which I agreed with a 90 day guarantee. He was to return the following day to perform the repair. He was late again. (Terrible communication too regarding his tardiness). He replaced the water inlet valve and left. Following day, no ice. I contacted him and we scheduled a time for him to come back out. Surprise, he was late again. He changed some part where the laser is and looked at the internal parts where the actual ice maker is. He said this should fix it but if not, contact him and he will come again. Still no ice. We agreed he would order the part and come Sunday. Sunday comes and when he doesn't show up I reached out. He said the part hadn't come in. He probably wouldn't have told me he wasn't coming had I not reached out. Eventually he comes and replaces the ice maker... but still no ice. I let him know the following day and ever since, he has ghosted me. Zero contact. So much for a 90-day warranty. He never even fixed the problem to begin with. I'm grateful he returned as many times as he did, but you shouldn't offer a guarantee if you can't keep it. Waste of time and money. Don't recommend.

Horrible horrible service! Do not buy from this guy. First off, he showed up 7 hours late for the delivery. Second, he sold me a broken washer! The very next day I told him that I was having problems with it. He offered to come back and take a look at it. He did come back (again not when he promised), and once again told me it was fine and if it acted up again he would replace it. Well, it did, and not only did he never come back to replace it, but he has left all three of my texts on read without even responding for a month. So much for a 90 day warranty. Do not buy from him!! Buy anywhere else, you're better off taking a risk on a used one because this 90 day warranty is completely fictitious. He does not honor it. Judging by the other reviews and comments this is not a rare occurence, seems like he sold a couple other broken washers to people and refused to honor his "90 day warranty" as well.

If I could give negative stars I would! Worst service ever! We bought a washer from him after about a week it stopped spinning. Ezequiel, the owner after about a week came and replaced it with a different one which also did not work. The fabric softener would not drain out so we were left with just a puddle of water that would not go down. I called and texted numerous times. At first he said hed come by and pick it up. Eventually he just stopped answering all together. This was since last December. Do not and I mean DO NOT shop here unless you want to waste your money!

If you expect good service from this shop...DON'T! I have scheduled two appointments for refrigerator repair and both times was left waiting all day. The first time no call. Just never showed up. The second time, I go to the shop, he writes my name, phone number address, and time he will be arriving at my home on a white board. He was supposed to show up at 11:00am at my home. At 11:20am or so he calls me saying he got tied up in Escondido at another job. Understandable and so I say no problem. He says, I will be there around 1:00pm. I say no problem. It is 7:34am the next morning and he still has not called or come to the house. This appliance repair guy has no consideration for people and the fact that they may be taking time off work to meet with him. Not a happy customer!

Had our fridge broke on us and the repair estimate for $900. My boyfriend recommended we come check them out for a fridge, we got a KitchenAid French Door for $862.00 they delivered same day and made sure it was plugged in and operating right. They showed me all the settings where everything is.

I bought a used range and after it was delivered and installed I found it made a clicking noise. Also one of the grills is cracked and the oven door does not close. Iziquel who sold me the range said he would replace the part that caused the clicking. He came back with the wrong part. After waiting for the part for weeks and daily calls Iziquel has chosen to completely ignore me. I have a 3 months full money back warranty with GTO and finally told them to pick up the range and refund my money. I have been chasing after Iziquel and have been promised 6 times that he would show up. All lies. Very slippery place and dishonest people. Stay away from this place. If you should discover something is wrong with your appliance after purchase you will never get your money back. If I could give this place a 0 or -10 I would. A place like this has no place being in business. I will make sure I tell everyone I know and will post in as many places as possible including better business bureau. Angry customer.

A neighbor highly recommended this company. I made two appointments to check on my broken dishwasher. He stood me up twice. I'd give him zero if I could. If you like a runaround jacked around he's your man. Otherwise DON'T bother.
