Jesse and Dan, did a great job delivering our kitchen appliances. They demonstrated exceptional teamwork by taking their time and communicating to each other while maneuvering around corners, doorways and up stairs. They contacted us and gave us a delivery time, they unboxed everything outside for inspection and answered all questions we had. EXCELLENT JOB!

We recently purchased a microwave oven and an electric oven. It turned out that the microwave was too big for where we wanted to put it. Shore gladly exchanged it for a smaller unit that was more suitable for the space where we planned to put the unit. The range that we ordered was defective. Shore brought a new unit to our house and removed the defective unit within a few days. We were happy with our purchases at Shore and will visit Shore again if we need something else in the future.

Serviceman, Kevin, was able to fit us in his schedule the same day, even though our appointment was days later. He was courteous and efficient. Kevin got our refrigerator running, explained what he thought was the problem, and honestly gave his opinion if it quit again. Thank you!

Jesse & Dan delivered/installed our appliances and were amazing! They took their time to explain our new dryer and went out of their way to trouble shoot and come up with solutions to an issue with our waterline & fridge. 10/10 customer service, highly experienced, & a pleasure to work with.

The staff at Shore Appliance were perfect. They listened to what we needed and help us pick out the perfect Washer and Dryer for us. The units were delivered as promised, and they were very responsive to our questions. I recommend them 100%.
