Affordable Appliance Repair

Woke up to fridge and freezer not cooling and a puddle forming in front of fridge. Not a good vibe for July 4th weekend at beach condo. Called Affordable and was greeted professionally and was encouraged they would send someone out if they could route someone in our area to squeeze us in a tight schedule. Within the hour had repair man on site. He assured us he spotted the issue within seconds and that he could have us up and running in 15-20 minutes. He was able to do exactly as he said. We are so thankful all of our groceries were saved, and we could continue on our beach weekend as planned. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience. Took over two months to get a new icemaker delivered, then it frosted a few weeks later. They said that was normal. Manufacturer rep said that refrigerant wasn’t added. Became suspicious, did a little research and learned that the unit they sold me cost half of what they charged me and could be delivered in 4 days. Buyer beware.

Highly recommend Shannon with Affordable Appliance Repair ... Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, honest, affordable, and fast!!! He came to our house the same day, gave us honest answers to our refrigerator and microwave issues, and was available the next day with the necessary parts to complete the job. SO grateful to have found such a wonderful appliance man ... Everyone needs one!! VERY satisfied customers ... Will definitely use Shannon again in the future 🙂 Thank You!!

Quick ice maker repair, technicians were out in less than 24 hours. They ordered parts and explained the process of repair, then returned a few days later to do the full repair.

Shannon was great. Called him when my Refrigerator shot out. He came out same day and fixed the problem, Great price as well. My folks have been coming down to the coast for years, now they have a new appliance man,

Washing machine went out over the weekend…..called Sears to set up an appointment and was told one (1) week!!! Called another local repair service and was asked to leave a message, but was unable to since voice mailbox was full??? Called Affordable and was scheduled for that afternoon. Tyler, who was very professional, recognized the problem immediately and replaced the broken part at a fair and reasonable price. Would recommend that you call Affordable Appliance Repair first…………

Shannon promptly responded to my inquiry, was very professional and affordable. I will definitely use his services again! It is difficult these days to find people who are honest and hardworking, and Shannon is good as gold.
