Al's Washer/Dryer Sales & Repair LLC

Al Sr and Al Jr provided friendly service, prompt arrival time, and a high quality repair. We paid $205 total for a diagnosis and dryer belt tensioner pulley. It took some time for a part to come in originally, which is understandable, and was difficult to get scheduled with the temporary person manning the phones, but Al reached out personally to communicate and make things right. We appreciate you both and the work you did

Outstanding Service from an Honest Company I had the pleasure of working with Al from Al’s Washer and Dryer Sales & Repair, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. A while back, my dryer needed repair, and Al came through with top-notch service from start to finish. He was punctual, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Best of all, his pricing was very fair and reasonable — no surprises, just honest, quality service. If you’re looking for a company that treats you right and gets the job done right the first time, I highly recommend Al’s Washer and Dryer Sales & Repair. Thank you, Al, for your excellent work!

Fantastic service! I recommend Al’s service 100%. He came on a Sunday to fix my dryer and was punctual and very friendly. His prices are very reasonable and excellent quality of work.

I had a great experience with Al’s Washer/Dryer sales & repair. They were honest, helpful and provided great service. I’m glad that I found them, I will definitely use them again in the future!

Excellent service from Al’s Washer/Dryer Sales and Repair. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my washer and explained everything clearly. We both contacted Whirlpool just to find that the board needed was not going to be available for months. We decided on a replacement washer and a scratch & dent was installed efficiently with the price very fair. Al was friendly and knowledgeable, and I now have a working washer! I highly recommend Al’s Washer/Dryer Sales and Repair for any appliance repairs.

Al and his son were Great! Friendly, courteous, and genuine. From calling to talk about the issue, to booking the appointment, and through the repair and payment everything ran smoothly…even the dogs got a little time with them as the dogs had to oversee what was happening and they were happy with the attention they were given.

Al was fantastic! Very thorough, knew exactly what the problem was without having to do a "service call" gave me an estimate of the charges and the time frame! And when he was delayed getting to my house he was very prompt in letting me know about the delay. I will be calling Al for any additional appliance repairs needed!
