Good location, good variety, good value, and good service. Purchased a used whirlpool washer from them for moving into our first house and didn’t want to pay a new price tag if I didn’t have to. Saved us a few hundred dollars versus buying the same model new and the unit is in excellent condition. Had the washer for a little over a month and still running good without problems. Pretty cool they give discounts for paying cash. They will give a smaller discount for paying card but I recommend paying cash and save as much as possible. They also helped load the machine onto our trailer, wasn’t needed but they insisted. Will be back for other appliances or call them for repairs if needed.

What a great place! The owner Tom is really knowledgeable about appliances, and there’s a lot of inventory to choose from. Our fridge was dying right before Christmas. Based on our discussion, Tom recommended one that saved us at least $400, and handled delivery. He really made the whole thing hassle free, and it works great. Today we stopped by to get a washer. Same deal, inexpensive and hassle free. We are grateful he is here!

My Samsung dryer was not heating up and so I called several appliance repair companies; None that I contacted, save Mr. Fix-It, were straight with me in regard to pricing and fees. Not only was the pricing clear, but a tech came out the next day to test my dryer and replaced my heating element for $349. Tom, the manager, is such a helpful and nice person to deal with. My old fridge died, but Tom had just the perfect fridge as a replacement. It was delivered on time and had been cleaned so well that it looked brand new. I saved a lot of money and am so happy that I purchased from this honest and well-run business.

Had a dryer out for almost a a month that our warranty repair people could not figure out a fix for. These guys (forget their names, wanna say someone named Rick? Sorry!) were in here for about an hour and had it fixed immediately. No surprises on cost or anything, it was exactly as they said when we booked the appointment. Thanks guys!!!

Mr. Fix It company is incredible! Tom Murrin, the General Manager, is an absolute angel. I spent most of my morning calling companies to repair my washer. Every company was booked and stating it would likely be over $200 to repair, and a service fee. I googled some more and called Mr. Fix it. Tom was booked for today but offered a tip for me to try before we scheduled for Monday. I followed his instructions and the leak partially resolved. I called him back and was able to provide more details. Tom gave me another suggestions and it worked! I was able to fix my washer on my own within hours! For free! Definitely recommending Mr. Fix it to everyone I know. I’m in South OP and all the companies around me probably would have charged me what they were estimating. Thank you so much, Tom!!!!
