The secretary was very honest & polite, and got me set up with the soonest appointment. Jason called me 2 hours before my scheduled appointment & I was thrilled! He did a great job, professional, and educated me on my appliance. All around great experience. Thank you!

Our dishwasher didn't get fixed and now we don't have any hot water running to the sink after calling because the tech didn't show up in between 9am and 12pm. If your going to be late could you call the next customer so we're not waiting? The receptionist argued with me until getting a hold of the tech. He showed up late but switched the lines leaving us with no hot water and now there's no water even going into the dishwasher. She said it's the landlords issue not there's that it's a plumbing issue and they won't come back out to fix the other part on dishwasher till that's fixed. She also said that Jason guy from yesterday is gone out of town for a whole week and it's not his issue even tho she knows he switched the valve around on it. She told our landlord to tell us we can heat our water up. Absolutely b.s.

I had appointments scheduled twice and both were no shows. Never even got a call to reschedule. They never told me that refrigeration comes before anything else. I'm sorry, but that is not how you run a business. When I call a third time the receptionist was completely rude! She kept talking over Me despite the fact they had dropped the ball so many times. Didn't even have the courtesy to let me vent. Just offered to cancel the service call. Really disappointed.

I was given a morning appointment and told I would receive a phone call that morning. As of 11AM, there was no contact. Called the company for information and receptionist stated "It is still morning." Receptionist refused to help me with information concerning my appointment. At 3PM, still no call and no show. Called company a second time and was told she would have Jason call me the next time he checked in. I finally received a call back at 4PM stating he would not be there after I spent 8 hours waiting. He proceeded to complain to me about how overworked he was, there is no one else who can do what he does, has overtime almost every day and that he is ready to just close up the business and get a different job. I have never experienced such lack pf professionalism, lack of concern for the client's time and rudeness from a company. The time waits at the doctors office have better service than these people. There were 2 more attempts where he stated that he would fix the appliance and they were also no show no call. Horrible experience!

We are very lucky to have such a competent repair person as Jason in this town. He responds very quickly and is on time. I couldn't be more pleased even though i shall have to buy a new dryer. The part, unfortunately, has been discontinued.

We are beyond pleased with Jason & Appliance Solutions. Knowledgeable, very friendly, accommodating, & professional. Quick to respond & first-rate repair. Receptionist was friendly and got us an appointment set up first thing. Highly recommend

If I could give ZERO stars, I would gladly do so. This is the most unprofessional business I have EVER experienced. Jason never follows through with anything!! I will never do business with them again. I have called repeatedly with no avail. My oven has been broken since May 4th..it is July 27th. He actually brought my part back without getting it fixed. After that, he claimed he was overnighting the part back..this was in June. I have called repeatedly since June and was told he would be by early the next week (that was last week). Today, I call...he is out of town for the week. It must be nice to go on vacation..not sure what he is vacationing from considering I don’t think he actually works. Livid is not a proper word for how angry I am at this moment. Mollie Ozment
