A1 Best Appliance Repair

My washers water pump went out on a Sunday and Richard showed up on that Monday. With his 20+ years of knowledge he had me up and running within an hour. After he arrived he quickly diagnosed and replaced my broken water pump with genuine parts. I have no complaints and my kids are happy they dont have to go to a laundromat. If any other appliance breaks, I will call Richard with A1 Best Appliance Repair.

Had the pleasure of having Richard repair my Samsung French door refrigerators condenser fan which had left the chat. he came on Sunday to diagnose the issue and returned on Monday after the parts house had opened. We also chatted about some cool things he's working on and I want to buy a misternaut from him when get get that business rolling.

Unfortunately I didn't get to use Richard's services because my washer wasn't worth the price to repair. I called Richard off of a list I got from LG customer service. Right away he was very forthcoming about his service and asked about my issues rather than just showing up and charging me the door service price. He was able to diagnose my issues over the phone and advise me not to pursue a repair and instead gave me advice on the type of unit to look for to suit my family's uses/needs. Thank you Richard for the courtesy and honest advice. Highly recommend this man for his services as a straight shooter that isn't going to charge you unecessarily just to make an extra buck at your expense.

Richard was amazing. Not only did he provide me with information on how to do it myself. He was very pleasant. Was on time and provided awesome service. Price was below what I had expected to pay. Definitely would recommend him

Even though I didn't use Richard for my refrigerator repair, he was very honest with me . I could have spent money on a repair, but Richard is very honest and telling me it's best for me to buy a new refrigerator . He could have taken money but he didn't. I recommend him as a honest repair person.

Richard did a great job of explaining what would be necessary to repair our dryer and the overall condition of it. Price was very reasonable and gave recommendations as to how to extend the dryer's life.
