Ava Appliance Repair

Zero Stars if I could. This company is the WORST, and I would caution you to never, ever use them. It took them two months to fix our microwave, and refuse to fix our washer - the only reason we have to use them is because of our Warranty Company. After having the same tech (we've tried to request a different tech) over 4 times for the washer, he says we can only load it 1/4 of the way, but it is fine. It is very apparent there is a problem with the drum. The whole washing machine shakes, rumbles and moves across the room. It is NOT WORKING CORRECTLY! Somehow, I'm unable to upload a video here, unfortunately.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Our home warranty company contracted this disaster of a business to repair our washing machine in May. It’s the end of July and it’s STILL not fixed! They send the same technician out on Friday each week. He shows up at it after 5pm when his "window" is 12-5. He has never been able to fix our machine and flooded our laundry room once in which we have brand new flooring. I had to use 8 towels to clean up his mess and he left without fixing anything and all of those dirty towels that I couldn’t wash. Every time he needs to order a new part, then it takes over a week to get the part, he finally comes back to install the part but comes so late in the day, he doesn’t stay to make sure it works and leaves. If the machine can’t be fixed, just say so! I’m spending hours at the laundromat washing clothes every week because this business can’t get their act together to either fix it or deem it unfixable. Worst service ever. The office is no help either and the owner refuses to call us back.

Horrible or should I say No service. Had a scheduled appointment from Noon-6pm, requesting closer to noon. No one called to confirm nor showed up at noon. Called at 1:30pm a day was told they would show up around 3pm. Called dispatch at 4:15pm and was told they would find out the ETA and call me right back. Called at 5:15 and the office is closed. Stay away from this company. They should be forced to close its doors with this kind of service. Should have checked the reviews prior.

Worst experience with a repair company I’ve ever had. My dishwasher has been broken for 3 months. They’ve tried to fix it numerous times and ordered a variety of parts (one that was on back order for over a month). They refuse to tell the home warranty company that the dishwasher is not repairable. I have been very patient, but at the time of leaving this review, I still don’t have a working dishwasher. 3+ months of back and forth like this is unacceptable.

STAY WAY FROM THIS PLACE ! LAZY ..........What a joke, Repair company came to fix our appliance under warranty (lowes) .we'll they broke filter housing while replacing key pad and would not fess up to it . so we called lowes and they said they would send another to repair the damage. Well AVA came and zip tied it and left .and told lowes piece was broke. hell we knew that . that's why we called to get it repaired . But can't talk to anyone here have to email them and then they don't respond. .Stay away

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Ava Appliance Repair Inc. (AVA) through a claim I submitted with the Lowe's Protection Plan. Initially, my repair was scheduled for April 5th from 8 AM to 12 PM. I arranged to work from home specifically for this appointment. However, AVA then called me, saying they needed to schedule the appointment themselves — apparently, Lowe’s didn’t actually have access to their schedule. If that’s the case, why was I even offered that date in the first place? Why can’t AVA simply provide Lowe’s with their real availability to avoid this kind of confusion? Three days later, they finally came out and ordered a part for my dishwasher. They scheduled a follow-up appointment for about a week and a half later to install the part. Again, I arranged to work from home to be available. Then the rescheduling started: They first moved it from Tuesday to Friday because the tech was "sick." Then they moved it again from Friday to Saturday. Each time, I had to adjust or cancel my work-from-home requests, causing unnecessary disruption to my job. Overall, the entire process was chaotic and unprofessional. Way too much confusion, poor communication, and total disregard for the customer's time. I would not recommend AVA to anyone.

I had awful experience with them. They came to our house over 7 times for our dish washer and fridge. We still have issues with both. They are very disorganize. the last time the were here their tech worked on the dish washer for over 2 hours and they said it’s fixed. After he left i found out the dish washer its not even working. When I called to let them know the scheduled me 10 days later for the tech to come back again! I told them we already waited weeks for the part to comes in and they tech was already here for hours to fix it, why would he leave when it’s not even fixed and give us wrong information they only said sorry, the lady Sarah was supposed to call back to see if they can schedule me sooner (talk to the manager) and when she called back she’s like sorry I can’t have it sooner and by the way the spot that we had for you originally it’s booked so the tech will be back a day after the day I told you. I will make sure we never get them back in our house after this time, cause right now it’s unfinished job and the home warranty can’t change them now.
