My freezer door did not seal well, which caused it to accumulate frost more often. The repair team returned and replaced the seal; they put a new gasket on it. This freezer finally works well and maintains a good seal. Recommended!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a service company.The technician spent less than two minutes inspecting our dryer and immediately declared it unserviceable without even opening it up or anything. Another technician later confirmed that all it needed was a replacement roller. When my home warranty company requested documentation to support the unserviceable claim, this company refused to provide it, causing a two week delay. We escalated the issue and spoke with the manager, Earl, on a three-way call. She was shockingly unprofessional, lacked basic understanding of the situation, and ended the call by promising to send the report within 24 hours which never happened. I ultimately had to restart the entire process with a different company. I’m beyond disappointed and will never purchase any of their appliances or associated brands again let alone have their technicians comes to my home . I strongly advise others to avoid them as well.

I had my washer door latch repaired by a very competent technician who also gave good tips on preventing issues from arising in the future. I would highly recommend this service for their quality work at any hour.

Terrible customer service! We scheduled a microwave repair appointment for 2–5pm and rearranged work schedules to be available. By 4:45pm, no one had called or shown up, so we called the store before they closed only to be told the technician was sick and wouldn’t be coming. They had the entire day to let us know, but no one bothered. Instead of apologizing, they simply asked to reschedule. Completely unacceptable. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

I phoned this company right away as I need assistance with my noisy washer yesterday. He did the work in a professional manner and with tremendous expertise. The fee was too affordable, and his work was flawless. He did a superb job of cleaning all the mess after the work. Highly recommended!
