Terry is someone my family has used for their AC repairs for decades. I have referred him to other friends who have used him as well and all have been happy. He is straight forward and honest and won’t try to sell you on anything that isn’t needed just to make extra money. He has been doing this a long time and knows what he is doing and charges incredibly fair rates. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Terry has been our A/C guy for several years now. He has been to the house numerous times over the years, always giving prompt service and excellent value. This morning I called him at 4:30am and he was at our house at 5:30–on a Sunday!!!! We are thankful for him, he does consistent, solid and trustworthy work. We have used Terry four times, and he's been excellent every time. One time, he was so busy he couldn't get out for a few days and it was urgent, so he talked me through the repair including several texts and phone calls while I was in the attic.

My parents used Terry for years and years and eventually recommended him to me when i bought my own manufactured home.. Terry is AMAZING !!! Do NOT miss your opportunity to have him serve you. There is a reason he has a 5.0 rating which is so rare to find nowadays. He is honest, fair, knowledgeable as heck, and super informative. He will explain every thing you need to know. He will go out of his way to get you an even better price on top of his amazing prices as it is. He will call AFTER the job is finished to continue to give you any tips. He charged at least HALF the price of my home warranty. I now have AC and heat when I had neither and he did it without my need to take out and replace any old units. He found a way to make them usable. When he was done he found a mobile home depot store for me and explained how they had the one item I needed following his visit. Hes 100% on time and will call you just to say hes going to be 5 or 10 minutes late. He explained everything perfectly to where I understood and I could listen to and learn from him ALL DAY if I had the opportunity. Dont miss yours with this guy. I'm super bummed that retirement is in his future as you'll never ever find someone like him again. Thanks Terry!!!

Terry is exactly what every great review says about him, which is AMAZING! He came out early Sunday morning to repair our AC which had gone out around 4pm Saturday afternoon, great response time! And he is honest, easy to work with, and so helpful! He is that rare find that you happen upon and hope isn’t retiring/moving anytime soon. Thank you Terry!

I called at 7:05 am on a friday in June, Terry said he could be here by 7:40 am same day. He arrived early. Identified immediately that I needed a new capacitor. He had the part on hand. Replaced it. His helper noticed I was low on refrigerant so he topped that off, and they were out of here by 8am. I was so relieved. Great price too! I am so glad for Terry, I'll call him every time.

By far the best customer service and knowledge I have ever dealt with. Terry has always been there when we needed him the most, and he works hard to diagnose the issue and solve the problem without trying to sell you the easy more costly replacement. Our family is very appreciative of his services, and I personally enjoy learning from him and chatting with him. If you call he will tell you over the phone what you need to do to not cause damage to your unit, and he is great about finding a time to squeeze you in whether it’s at the end of the day or before the sun comes up. Honest, trustworthy, experienced, friendly, dependable.
