Phoenix Uline Repair

Just sharing my experience... I did not get an appliance repaired. Google Maps shows Phoenix Uline Repair between a Sacks and a First Watch. I'm pretty sure it's not there. I canceled an appointment because I didn't like the lack of transparency in their pricing. I know enough about refrigeration to ask them to quote these certain things and they couldn't tell me if they estimate hourly, as a percentage of the parts, or based on the difficulty. I got a call back from the tech assigned giving me a price. The price was in range of what I expected but a little on the high side when I considered everything. He also said the company name was Appliance Repairman. I found the mismatch shady so I didn't keep the appointment.

Their team really went above and beyond. Our built-in microwave wasn’t heating, and they found a rare part quickly. They kept us updated every step of the way. Outstanding service from a company that truly cares.

They helped with my broken oven before a family dinner. I’m so glad they could come quickly. The tech was skilled and explained everything. I’m very happy with the service.

The freezer went out just as I did my monthly stock-up. They came out same-day and fixed it before anything thawed. Super polite and tidy crew. Great experience.

One of the burners on my cooktop wouldn’t ignite. They sent someone out fast, and it was repaired by dinner time. Super professional!

On Easter Sunday, my dryer stopped getting hot. I called that evening expecting to leave a message, but to my surprise, Cisco answered and had me an appointment the very next day. The timeline I was given was between 5-7pm. The technician called me at 4:30 to let me know he was on his way, and he arrived promptly at 5:00. Within 30 mins, he had diagnosed the problem, replaced the part, and was on his way. The price was very fair and I would use this company again in the future.

My freezer broke right before a big family gathering. They came out same day and saved the day!
