Red Apple Appliance Repair

No call no show today. Had an appointment scheduled from 9am until 12pm. No one showed up. I had to take the morning off of work to be home for it. So at 1230 pm I called. Spoke to the answering service. After a long hold they said the technician had a family emergency and took the morning off. I can understand that of course but why wasn't I notified? They said I could reschedule for tomorrow. I asked for someone from the company to call me personally as this was a non US answering service and I wanted to speak to someone locally in the company with boots on the ground before I missed more work. I was told they would call me immediately after we hung up from this call. No one ever called.

The initial request for repair was challenging (language barrier with operator), the technician showed up hours after the intended window (and did not call when late), and technician was rude/unprofessional during visit. Will seek assistance from another company for repair and will advise others to not utilize this company.

When I called Red Apple Appliance, the technician did a superior job of fixing my non-igniting gas range. The customer service was great, the technician showed up on time, he determined what needed to be fixed in no-time and got it done. They were priced reasonably enough and the technician gave suggestions for keeping our system in good shape. In all, I was highly impressed with the professionalism and expertise. Highly recommended!
