Forrest Appliance Repair

After having not one But two appliance repair companies fail as far as repairing our unit or even showing up to repair it. One company sent parts, but didn’t show up twice for their scheduled appointment.! We’re with First American home warranty when I first called them the first service Open up the bottom said there was mouse poop and he couldn’t work under there. Well that poop was over 10 years old from when we first moved in we did have a mouse issue, but it was eradicated by Cad Pest Xintrol and the area underneath the dishwasher just was not cleaned up But service man refused to dig in and try to fix it then I get a message from the company first American home warranty that they denied our repair based on It not being normal wear and tear from what the service man who didn’t wanna work on it said. Well, Beverly was first Home American came to our rescue after I explained to her what I felt it was I’m a handyman. I just can’t repair things anymore because I’m all broke up as far as 12 surgeries.. Anyway, Beverly sent over a company called Forest TV and service repair . Let me tell you the gentleman that came to fix our unit with a breath of fresh air. He knew exactly what he was doing. As soon as I saw his steamer in his hand, I knew he was ready for business.. He was very efficient. Explain the repair process completely and repaired our unit within 30 minutes 45 max.! I would highly recommend Forest TV and appliance repair service repair business. They’re located out of Susanville I believe Again, what a breath of! Fresh air!! For TV and service repair thank you very very much for being as efficient as you are! From keeping us communicated as to how and when you would show up to your service personnel that repaired our unit being a complete professional thank you thank you thank you!

Worst place to deal with. No communication, shows up late. It took them two weeks to come out to my house. When they got there. They had the wrong part told me they would have to order another part which would take about two weeks. Two weeks goes by, and I call GE. GE tells me they are no longer servicing this claim. Thanks Forrest for letting me know. Most likely, this company will comment with some kind of lie. Find somebody else to work on your appliances. Just saving you all a headache. Even GE did not agree with the way they handled things.

Every aspect of my refrigerator repair was handled expertly and efficiently. Brian is super knowledgeable, very courteous, thorough, and took great care to keep the repair area clean and tidy throughout the extensive repair process. The parts ordering and repair scheduling were also handled efficiently. I had a great overall experience.

I recently had my refrigerator "repaired" under Samsung warranty. The entire process of dealing with this company was beyond frustrating. First, it was an endless game of phone tag just to get someone on the line. Second, they came out and diagnosed my refrigerator as a failed compressor, still under Samsungs 5 year warranty, charged me for the diagnostic, then lost my repair order notes, told me the technician was unavailable to respond for several days following to get any information and stated they did not have record of me paying (my credit card statement says otherwise). Third after almost a month of waiting they contacted me saying my wife (I don't have a wife) told them I would not be going through with repairs and to cancel, which meant I had to reschedule and start the process over again. Finally after another few weeks they come out and replace the compressor in my fridge only for it to fail 2 days later and spoil all the food I had just purchased after the repair. They stated they wanted another technician to get a second opinion (which they stated was also unavailable). I have since contacted again only to be met with rudeness, hostility and hung up on. I have since been without a fridge for over 2 months now and still no resolution in sight. A complaint with the better business bureau has been filed as this business is just highly unprofessional and seems poorly ran.

Forrest Appliance Repair has been a god send. They have helped us for years. They always take care of the problems we’re having. They also get us on their calendar quickly. I would highly recommend them

He was punctual, professional, and respectful of the fact that I work from home, quietly getting the job done without any disruptions. While I'm not a fan of my Samsung washer and dryer, Chris's expertise and efficiency made dealing with them much easier. Highly recommend Forrest Appliance Repair for their excellent service!
