In Home Appliance Repair was amazing. I called and they came out same day to repair my refrigerator. Charles was so nice and helped work with my home warrantee to get refunded. They were absolutely amazing and fixed me issue and then came back out when the part arrived to replace my refrigerator seal. Great customer service and I highly recommend!

We are a military family, stationed out of state which makes things a little more complicated . Charles walked us through everything and made sure we understood all the options. We decided to replace the dishwasher. The tenants were very happy with the professionalism of the company and how fast everything was accomplished. Definitely recommend their service!

Had an issue with my oven. They came out quickly, got the part ordered overnight and had me up and running within just a couple days! Plus they were courteous and professional. Highly recommended!!

The two workers came out promptly. Investigated my issue with my stove. Explained to me what happened and three options. We discussed the pros and cons of each and I made a decision. They then proceed very professionally, fixed my stove, and cleaned up after themselves. Before they left they double checked with me if I had any additional questions. I could not be happier with the work and the results of this teams work.

I called to see if they could fix my washer. The lid lock broke. Of course I was going out of town in a couple of days & needed my washer right away!! They ordered the part & fixed it the next day!! Also super nice people!! I have used them several times. Always professional, friendly & they got the job done.

Original service call was speedy. Problem was not remedied. I reached out to them and told them that the same error message appeared. 10 days later I reached out to see if they diagnosed the problem. They hadn't. They reached out later after asking me to remind them to answer my text if they hadn't -- which I had to do. They advised me what the tech sheet said it was. I thought more about the problem and asked a follow up question only to never hear back -- even with another reminder. Too much work, not enough results.

The technician knew exactly what was wrong with my washer and had the parts with him to fix it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the ease in making an appointment and having the repair done.
