I want to thank the following for their service. It was very professionally done. Joe, Jeff end Aaron did a wonderful job installing our air conditioning unit. And it was at a very warm time. They worked quickly. Everything was left, neat and tidy., thank you guys. I also want to thank Anthony and his crew for a wonderful job when they installed our new electric panel, it was a great job couldn't have asked for better.

The technicians (Eric & John) arrived at my house to replace the furnace. Very polite and professional. Very friendly to my dog. They were very efficient in their work. After they were finished, i got a run-down of what was done and had my questions answered. Showed me how my new equipment (thermostat) worked. Very good service from Reimer. Would recommend!

We are incredible grateful to Thomas M. And his crew for their exceptional service. From start to finish, they were friendly, courteous and respectful. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they went above and beyond by assisting with additional tasks around our home that needed attention. Thomas returned on the second day to compete the job and took the time to walk us through our new system, answering all of our questions with patience and clarity. The crew worked efficiently and with great care, and we truly appreciate everything they accomplished in such a short time. Our family would like to thank and give a shout out to Reimer HVAC team (Justin, Nate, and Sean) for replacing our furnace and AC system. They were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done efficiently, and they left the area spotless. We can’t ask for better service. The company takes pride in their work like this team did. They are very responsive and can set up appointments on a timely manner. Highly recommend!!!!

We had a great experience with Reimer replacing a gas shutoff valve and piping for a new kitchen stove. Making an appointment was stress free and they were able to fit us in the following morning. Our technician, Devinn W, arrived on time and quickly reviewed our needs. He spent the time to ensure the new piping would properly connect to the soon to be delivered stove and it's hookup kit. Before he started and after he was finished I felt confident that he understood exactly what we needed and that the future stove delivery would go off without a hitch. I would certainly recommend Reimer and it's professional staff for your plumbing needs and plan to call them again when needed.

Jesus (the installer) gets 5 stars. Riemer Plumbing gets 1 star. We called on Monday morning for a water heater replacement. We were quoted $2,886 for a basic water heater. We put $50 down, and the tech said we would be on the schedule for Tuesday or Wednesday and would call an hour beforehand. OK, fine. Nothing Tuesday. Nothing Wednesday. Nothing Thursday. Called on Friday morning and found that no one had put us on any schedule. I was also forced to give my debit card info, including the CCV, over the phone, since "They can't take payment over the weekend." Found out that was BS. All I really wanted from those in charge was an apology, but they couldn't seem to muster even that, as though they would be admitting guilt in a court hearing or something. Jesus apologized as soon as he found out our situation. Jesus was great; he did everything he thought he was supposed to. If we say the water heater costs $1,200 (nearly double that of buying one from Home Depot.) that means they charge $843/hr for labor. Forget being a doctor... Be a plumber.

I'll give 5 stars to Michael, the service guy who did the repair, and one star to Reimer's pricing. Called them to simply replace the shut-off valve for my washing machine. I was quoted $500.00, which seemed high but I didn't have time to price shop. They had to order the part and they came back 2 days later to install it. I know that the part only cost about $50. It took Michael 20 minutes to swap out the part. When he finished, I mentioned that I thought the price was crazy, because given the estimate and the time it took, I was basically paying around $1,300/hr.! He knocked the price down to $390.00, which is still about $1,000/hr. That's practically robbery! Reimer, your pricing is absolutely outrageous! * Amendment: Mike the plumbing manager called me to explain their pricing. I totally appreciated the call, and I get that they have overhead to cover and people to pay. He offered a $100 credit on any future plumbing job I may need, and again it's much appreciated. But wouldn't it have been easier to just give me a fair price in the first place? This was a simple part swap. I'm adding two more stars for the phone call and I have no complaints with the quality of the job they did.
