My Dishwashers arm was broken. I called the company and got in right away. The receptionist was so friendly and understanding.They got someone out within the week. My technician Brent was the best. Personality and Knowledge he receives all 10 stars. They literally charged me half of what Sears appliance was charging me! Except, this company was more professional. Needless to say my dishwasher works amazing. I’ve had it for 10 years Prior to the arm breaking. I will definitely recommend this place for life!!! Rochester appliance is the best!

Excellent service at their Henrietta showroom and during delivery to our home. They are very professional and courteous. No pressure tactics in the showroom, just the necessary friendly support needed for making a decision. Prices are reasonable and the delivery arrangements were great, with calls a day or two before the arranged delivery and then a short time before they arrived. Installation and removal of old appliances was seamless by two very capable service people. We also received a follow-up contact to confirm that we are satisfied. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Bought a new scratch n dent fridge. Salesman was very helpful when we were looking at the inventory. Price was right! Delivery guys were great. Respectful of our home. Overall very satisfied. Will buy from Rochester Appliance again!

John was quick and knowledgeable about the issues we were having with our Whirlpool dryer. He had diagnosed the issue, fixed the dryer and did a thorough internal cleaning all within an hours time. We will recommend Rochester Appliance to all our friends and family!

When at the store we dealt with Ken who answered all our questions and also gave us space while looking. Install was yesterday and the installers were friendly and dedicated to their work. Would definitely buy from Rochester Appliance if future needs are required.

Rochester Appliance is fantastic!!! I got a speed queen washer on a special deal because it has a small scratch. The insulation was quick and the guys did a great job. They made sure everything was working perfectly and I am extremely happy.
