Sears Appliance Repair

It took three rescheduled appointments from Sears, 10 days after parts were received to get the right professional. The technician seemed very knowledgeable about his craft. I. Hopeful that my compressor has been repaired. I will know forsure tomorrow.

He showed a lot of attention to detail. He explained everything he was going to do it as he was doing it. He does very well in his communication aspects. Which not a lot of the Tradesmen do. It was very nice!

We were rescheduled 3 times after waiting 8-5 each time wasting an entire day. Never showed up the last day and said please rate your technician. This is the absolute worst service I have ever had. Appliance still broken after over a month waiting.

A++ Service. Always. I had Miguel come out to find the problem, which took a couple of minutes and I had Dino come out today to fix, replace parts and finish the job. 5 stars all the way. I only call Sears to help me whenever an appliance needs repairs. They are trust worthy and 100% compenet to do the job right.

Repair was done and refrigerator has not been fixed it’s at 65 degrees 6 hours after he finished. This is the worst company for service I have dealt with!

The tech was very kind and knowledgeable! I appreciate him very much for fixing something that the person who was putting the dry together at the factory literally didn't do! it went out to be sold with the cord to be put in the outlet not attached to the inside of the dryer. Thank you so much for him doing his job! Great worker!!

He was very thorough inspected the refrigerator could not find why the icemaker had stopped and then started working again. Said it could be possibly because the door on the freezer was not closed all the way very nice young man and very thorough. Great job.
