Atlas Appliance Repair

Jose is the absolute best! We were so blessed to have worked with him. He is honest and fair. Did any amazing and quick job fixing our dryer. And now it works even better than before it broke! So grateful to have found this company and Jose! Highly recommend!

The tech was knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the problem and options for repair. Atlas is flexible and communicates quickly, and can usually get someone to your place quickly. They won’t recommend fixing an appliance if it doesn’t make sense economically (if it’s better to replace it altogether). I’ve used Atlas multiple times and highly recommend them.

I was very glad to get a quick appt. Jose, the tech arrived on schedule & located the problem w/ my dryer quickly & fixed it. Additionally he provided me w/ helpful information. I would definitely call Atlas in the future if needed.

Atlas Repair was prompt to respond to my inquiry. Jose was amazing! He was thorough in his diagnosis of the dishwashers. He was polite and respectful. His attention to detail was great. Atlas is blessed to have Jose as a representative of their company.

The washer repair was completed, but the customer service and billing communication was incredibly frustrating. I paid $110.92 for a service call, which was credited toward the $247.31 labor charge, leaving a balance of $136.39. When I asked to pay by Venmo to avoid the $3.75 credit card fee (making it $132.64), the customer service rep couldn’t understand this. After multiple text messages trying to explain that Venmo payment should remove the CC fee, they kept giving confusing responses about what fees were deductible and non-refundable - completely missing the point. This is simple: $136.39 minus $3.75 CC fee = $132.64 for Venmo payment. The rep was unable to grasp this or confirm it, making a straightforward transaction unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. The technician did the repair work, but the office staff needs training on billing, fee structures, and customer communication. I shouldn’t have to spend this much time explaining that paying by Venmo avoids a credit card processing fee. I ended up paying the $136.39 to end this, but will not be recommending them.

I called for an Appointment and service was scheduled for the following day. Our tech José was very professional and explained each step in the service that he performed. The completed work was shown to me to insure that it was properly completed. Excellent service.

Excellent service! Repairman (David) came the day I called. Quick response, knowledgeable technician who repaired the washing machine in less than an hour. I highly recommend Atlas!
