José was very helpful. First he checked what was going on without tools to be transparent. He found the problem and told me right away. He then went to go get the part that was bad and kept me on the loop with a few call to update me on the process. It got very late and he reached out to tell me that he found the part, I told him don’t worry about it now come tomorrow. We agreed on 8:00am and Jose @ 7:39 am was texting me telling me that he was parked waiting. Punctuality, off the top, responsible without comparison, overall a very good experience. % recommended.
