We had very good response from the company and heard from our technician Dmitri the same day. He was on time and very courteous. He communicated well. He had to order a part, but came back as soon as possible to install it in our stovetop. We are very satisfied with this company and will use them for other repairs.

This company charged me $800 to repair the commercial toaster in my sandwich shop and their repair failed immediately. They asked for more money to replace more parts. Communication was poor and it felt wrong the entire process, I should have known better. An absolute scam of a business. I found a legitimate company that came out and had the same toaster fixed for $250. They were appalled to hear this company charged that much. All these other 5 star reviews must be for simple residential services. Anything commercial steer clear of these guys!!

First time using SpeedMates Appliance Repair Tim was great, gave good information, fixed problem with refrigerator. Already made. another appointment to clean dryer. All lint from dryer removed. Made another appointment to look at dishwasher, easy fix was not changed. This is a company I will use again!!

Speedmates home services are absolutely amazing! Our refrigerator broke in the middle of the night and we had a huge leak all over the kitchen. Luckily, I found this company and was able to schedule an emergency appointment at no extra charge. Was able to find and fix the problem very quickly. Great customer service and very professional staff!Recommend!

Technician Dmitri Borisovith is very polite, honest, on time, organized on his task/evaluation, & gave us his professional & wise advice on the issues we have with our freezer. Tim who I initially talked to set-up this same day appointment was very polite & got a technician scheduled within less than 30 minutes today (Saturday). Had them look at a dryer that did not get hot. Technician installed new heater thing and some other parts and it only got a little warm. The shocking part was that when I asked the technician what I should do he did not suggest that he make more money but told me that the dryer was old and that he could fix it but some other part would break and that I should get a new dryer. Let me be clear the dude was honest and told the truth and did not ring me up for a bunch of charges. Amazing
