Good service provided by the technician. During the initial call setting up an appointment I specifically asked if there was a charge for the initial inspection. Was told there was no charge at all. Technician arrived as expected and upon review of the possible problem provided a solution that I was able to implement myself. All appointment took less than 10min. Got charged $130 by the office people claiming "inspection was free only if there was a follow up repair". Since there was no follow up they charge $130. No problem on the price. But setting one expectations and switching terms later left unpleasant aftertaste.

Horrible customer service. Tech came out and quoted the job, no problem. Then he didn't show up. We rescheduled, that didn't work out. Then he missed the appointment again with no notice or warning or follow up. I called about 7 times to get someone to come out more than 2 weeks later with the usual "ok let me find out and get back to you". Screw it. They wanted to charge $150 for the part and then labor on top of it. I bought it for $27 on Amazon and fixed it myself.

Nick the repairman was timely, efficient and took care to be clean and neat, leaving the site clean and in very good condition. Office responsiveness was sub-par. Took 3 days and multiple follow up calls to get a response.

Phone scheduling was Smooth and flexible. They are the rare appliance repair that does not complain about Parking challenges associated with servicing San Francisco residences Service tech Andrei was competent, informative and helpful. I will be using Delta for all future App service calls.

Jim was awesome. Lots of helpful information. He helped me make a decision to throw out my appliance instead of fixing it. He gave me helpful tips about my other appliances at the same time.

Saved a thousand dollar(600+ labor/$400+parts) not using their service. Had another company come in, fixed everything for under a hundred.

Quick service done superbly. Very satisfied. Nobody locally would service our roof mounted stove hood, so they provided crucial support unavailable nearby.
