Mike and Will, two of their employees, came to my house to fix my AC unit on the same day I called them. I was impressed with their quick response and their professionalism. From the moment they arrived, Mike and Will were courteous and friendly. They listened to my concerns and took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my AC unit and what they needed to do to fix it. They worked efficiently and were able to complete the repair on the same day, which was a huge relief for me. I appreciate that they took the time to make sure everything was working properly before they left. They also gave me some tips on how to maintain my AC unit, which I found very helpful. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received from Diamond Air Services, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC repairs. They were able to get me scheduled for an appointment really quickly. Their phone operators are very friendly and helpful and they maintain good communication before the appointment to let you know which technician is coming and exactly when. Howie and Mac were the ones who assessed and serviced my A/C unit and they were both very thorough and took the time to explain everything really well. I would absolutely recommend!

So what more can I say except they are very good!!! Bobby Mike came out and got my new heater and ac in just one day.. really nice guys! And a great price! Thanks guys!

Their technician (Mac) came out ASAP to fix our air conditioner which was out in the middle of July with temperatures approaching the 90s. Very professional, competent and efficient and was able to fix the issue immediately. Also explained some of the finer points of the A/c unit. Much appreciated!

Just got my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. After a 3-bathroom remodeling project our home was filled with construction dust and this cleaning was just what the doctor ordered. Diamond was able to squeeze me in the same day I called to avoid me having to wait until the following week. Waiting would have been an issue because using the A/C would throw the dust around just after a very thorough deep-cleaning of the entire house! Paul showed up on time, described the work to be done and got right to work. During the cleaning, he pointed out issues with my A/C filter size and dryer vent offset elbow that were causing inefficiencies with the air flow and lint build-up in the duct. He also showed me the huge amount of lint that had clogged the dryer duct. He suggested removal of the vent offset elbow, and did it as a courtesy. Very professional service that I would recommend and will use again!
