He totally came through with my mother’s AC problem on a very hot day after I had the other service Co.removed from her home for scamming. Thank you! GW Richardson is our go to HVAC Co. from here!

G.W. Richardson (Tech: Christian) made a maintenance/check up service call at my request. The front office (Lori) called to confirm the address and to alert me that the tech was close by. She was very polite and professional. Christian arrived, introduced himself and went over what he was planning to do. He changed our 3 dirty filters, checked out our two 14 year old A/C units. He said they were still doing well but that he noticed one of the systems had a new run capacitor while the other still had the old one. He simply stated without any pushing that it was going to die in the near future. I asked him to price it for me and I gave approval for its replacement. He took care go that today. We also discussed the different temperatures in all the upstairs rooms. This has been ongoing problem since we moved in 4.5 years ago. He checked the balance and noted that there were several vents that had been closed to help manage the temperature variations. He spoke to his manager and we discussed how hot my room was over the garage. The best fix would be to add a return air vent to pull the hot air. The manager said he would get back to me with a bid in the near future. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

The company comes promptly. The installation and service people are courteous and efficient. The service technician, Will, always takes time to listen to and answer questions and explain things as needed so that we can use the system efficiently. In the past we have used several company's services for HVAC. Others have been dishonest (left components unplugged, etc., to try to sell new equipment that was not needed at the time). G.W. Richardson is the only one who has been consistently honest and I strongly recommend them to friends.
