Scottsdale Appliance And AC Repair

Technician came on time to service our lg dryer! He was very professional, he cleaned our dryer and gave a lot of advices about other appliances. Will call them again !!!

Tony was very professional and was very friendly and put me at ease having him in my home being a senior citizen Leary of repair people, he is worth more than five stars in my opinion

Scottsdale Appliance and AC Repair is THE BEST repair service I have EVER used! Their immediate response to my phone call was impressive. Our technician Dave was both prompt and very polite. I instantly felt comfort and trusted him with his professionalism and knowledge. Even though he soon realized it was my own "operator error" that was the problem, he went above and beyond! He patiently took the time to show me how to operate our appliance properly, and proceeded to clean the filter and check its overall operation. BUT THAT’S NOT ALL…he would not let me pay him for his service call!! I was grateful to him for his honesty and integrity!! I cannot say enough good things about this appliance repair company! I have many family members and friends in the Scottsdale area and will continue to share this experience and recommend Dave to all of them!

My washer wasn’t cycling properly so I reached out for service. Their technician, Dave, made a few adjustments, and said it really didn’t need anything more. Although he spent about a half hour working on the washer, he did not charge me for the service call. When does that happen anymore? It gets better: he cleaned the dust/debris that had accumulated beneath my fridge, something I didn’t point out or think to ask about. Still, no charge. Very professional service, and prompt as well. I have found my go-to service company for all my future appliance repairs!

I had a technician from Scottsdale appliance and AC come over to repair my refrigerator. The technician came in short notice and answered my many questions. The price I paid was fair and I'm happy with the service I received. Photo is of the fan that was repaired.

Called about a dying refrigerator. They were able to dispatch someone the next day to take a look. Dave was able to diagnose the fridge (it died sadly) and was truthful about my options of repair vs new fridge. Will likely use them for variety of appliances. Thank you very much!

Tony repaired our washing machine in a timely manner. He took the time to explain what was wrong. Also showed us ways keep the machine clean. I will definitely use this company again!
