Appliance Fix Experts

Prompt response to initial service request to repair a over-the-stove microwave. Service team came out for diagnostic and provided clear explanation of issue and cost. Once the part arrived, the service team repaired the appliance successfully. Overall experience was efficient and professional.

The technician was on time and explained things professionally. He was very knowledgeable. I would recommend using them again.

We had a problem with our washing machine and the service tech guy who came out and diagnosed the issue was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. This was my first review and I gave him five stars. Now I’m giving three stars but should give one. We purchased the part he told us was the issue and it turns out that wasn’t the problem after all. The machine still doesn’t work. Now we are out $350 because the part was a special order. We called the customer service line and explained what happened and we have yet to hear back from their manager.

Easy to book an estimate for repair. Although we ended up not getting repair (parts cost was close to new washer) person who came out was prompt friendly and diagnosed what would be needed. I would use them again

They arrived promptly and right on time. The parts were ordered quickly, and the repair was done fast and efficiently. Really appreciated the quick and professional service!

Great job and great work. Super easy to deal with and will be my go to people moving forward. Highly recommend, you won’t use anyone else after!

A tech came the same day to diagnose the problem and came back to repair the next day. The only thing that could have made it better would have been that the tech came to the first appointment with some replacement parts in his truck and done the repair the same day. Thank you!
