Appliance Pro Repairs

WORST REPAIR COMPANY EVER! They came to repair the washing machine at this house I was renting, while doing so they flooded the floor by dumping the washing machine water all over the place. I called and apparently they are supposed to put tarps down.. So they didn't even follow their own protocol. Also, they dented and scratched the machines while moving them. Why do I care? Because they have a policy where they aren't responsible for any damages that occur.. so now my landlord is charging me $8,000 to have the entire floor replaced. You can see them standing on top of our own soaking wet towels after they tried to try it up.. however the water had already seeped into the walls and floor boards!!

This company has terrible communication. I called twelve times in one day just to get a hold of someone. They have been "scheduled" twice to my business and no showed. Despite complaints, there has been no call from the business owner or main manager. My partner at work called and left a message and emailed with no response. Mind you. They already took a deposit for the work to be done. Speaking with the technician finally, he cut me off when I expressed dissatisfaction. I would never recommend this company to ANYONE. I wish there was a zero star option.

another amazing repair from another amazing tech. thanks for getting my washer up and running 5 kids and no washer i was ready to pull my hair out! they came same day they repaired within in the week and they saved my life yet again! i will always call appliance pro for my appliance and HVAC needs!!

Service tech was super knowledgeable and quick with his diagnostics and able to identify parts needed and ordered for my oven the same day as the 1st visit. The delivery of the part took a week to get delivered and was scheduled within 3 days. Tech came back out and completed the job within 20 min!!! Company was vet friendly too!!

Great technician! Friendly and explained the problem and the solution very well. I think the only thing I would have liked to know in advance was that when the bill was handed to me to charge my card is that I would be asked for a tip. It felt awkward not knowing that was a thing after paying a good price for repairs. Not that he doesn’t deserve to be compensated… but to be fair the bill was well over $500. Again not the technicians fault. The company should have mentioned that a tip would be asked for. Happy with the repair.

Coey showed up early after calling to make sure it was okay. He did an excellent job on my freezer and answered a plethora of questions. Everything works great now. Thank yo Coey and thank you Amanda who took my call and did a wonderful job of communicating with me.

If you had read my previous review that was "less than stellar" and how disappointed I was in the service? Kudos to the customer service that was stellar. Amanda you indeed took care of the customer. Thank you for listening to my concerns and complaints with a solution. My ovens work and all is good. Thank you!
