Jeff's Appliance and Vacuums

Just wanted to say we used Jeff's twice, once for a dishwasher leak and today for a drain pump for my washing machine. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Both guys were extremely polite and did a top-notch job. People on the phone are friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend them.✨️✨️✨️✨️

Can't speak highly enough of the service provided by Jeff's. Called on Monday at 4:55pm (they close at 5) because our washing machine just stopped mid-wash, and nothing would work. Their technician, Dwayne, arrived at noon the next day, diagnosed and repaired the issue in just over an hour. When I asked how much for the service I was floored how reasonable they were. No hidden extras no "Oh, you have to change this part." 5 star+ service.

I have had the best appliance repair experience that anyone with a broken dishwasher could have !!!! These guys are the best in the business !! Danny and Jacob arrived early and after they replace the burnt out pump they also helped me resolve the main drain plumbing that was root cause of failure. How could you ask for anything more! They are polite and responsive! Came out twice and the problem did not fix as it was more serious than the normal repair, they got us a new fridge with a decent price and a credit towards it from the work on the old one. Quick, painless and great service!

Went to Jeffs to look for a vacuum. My boyfriend who deals with them in his professional career insisted I go to Jeff’s. He stated they are professionals that are knowledgeable and provide the best service and have been in the business for years. . As soon as I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by Skylar. I told him that I was looking for a vacuum. He took me over to their large selection and asked me important questions so he knew what I was looking for. Skylar and Kayla took time showing me my options setting them up letting me vacuum with each one. They answered all my questions and gave me EXCEPTIONAL service. I am so happy with my purchase. Not only do I love my new vacuum it comes with a 10 year warranty and every year they service the vacuum making sure everything is working properly. I have always bought junk and in the end searching for another. I am so glad I invested in a quality vacuum. I can not recommend them enough. I will definitely be back and will give my business to Jeff’s before I ever step foot into a big box. Thank you Skylar and Kayla for doing a wonderful job and caring about your customers. I called about my dryer not working. Someone came out the next day. He took the dryer apart and tested everything. It turned out to be a simple fix. He showed me that the heat knob just had to be adjusted. He only charged the service fee for coming out. Would definitely use again and highly recommend them!

Everything was seamless. From submitting a request on their website to receiving a call within the half hour, scheduling a technician, ordering the part, and having our dishwasher fixed. All happened in a weeks time! Excellent communication, friendly staff, old school, honest and genuinely helpful ways of working that you don’t see very often these days. All said and done, the total cost for everything was equivalent to JUST the fee whirlpool would have charged to send out a technician. Jay was excellent, knowledgeable, respectful. All of these reasons alone, I highly recommend using their services!
