Certified Appliance Care was truly so wonderful to work with. My dishwasher stopped working and when I called, they were very kind and accommodating with my schedule. Lucas went out of his way to call me to give enough time to get home. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and even educated me on how to fix the problem if it happens again. Nobody wants to deal with an appliance that breaks, but knowing there’s a local and dependable company makes such a difference. So happy I found them!

Recently our LG refrigerator, which was only two and a half years old seem to go on and off too much. We called Percy's in Worcester Mass for help. They referred us to Certified Appliance of Shrewsbury Mass. Overall we received Superior customer service from this business. First of all they called right back and made an initial diagnosis of the problem. And just in case they decided to order a fan. Two days later the owner Lucas showed up. He was right on time. Initially he took the time out to explain the problem and what he was going to do about it. He had the fan and the diagnosis was correct. Along the way he educated me on my ice cube maker and the overall workings of the refrigerator in case I had other problems. The costs were very reasonable. The job was done in one half an hour and our refrigerator is working great. I highly recommend this company for any type of repair.

*Would give 10 stars if I could!** Amazing service…super polite, friendly, and professional. Lucas fixed my issue in 30 minutes flat. Side note: This was after I had to sit through painful mansplaining from *another* local Shrewsbury guy that left me swearing I’d never call him again. This was my own fault I dont know why I called in the first place. Back to Lucas. Night and day difference. Lucas actually listened, explained things clearly without being condescending, and got the job done fast. From now on, he’s my go-to for any fixes I need. Highly recommend!!!

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Lucas. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He was able to diagnose and fix our dryer in no time at all. He was very easygoing and friendly. Fantastic service! Called because my oven had stopped heating up. They scheduled to stop by within a week to investigate. They brought the correct parts, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in no time! Most polite person I've had in to do work on my home. 10/10 would recommend, and 11/10 will definitely use again!

Would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND They were very clear and upfront about costs and parts. Did fabulous work and helped me keep my oven out of a landfill. Replacing parts is much better than replacing appliances and this company agrees with that. Don’t buy new if you can fix what you’ve already got! Would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

This company came out to fix our under warranty Electrolux dryer. The repair was not done properly and they are now ghosting us and Electrolux/Frigidaire by ignoring calls, not replying to a case submitted on their site as well as repeated cases from Electrolux to complete the job. A very unprofessional way to operate a business.
