There were issues with my online order due to mistakes I made while trying to book a 10’ U-Haul for a Missouri to Ohio move. I had somehow booked for in town. Rather than telling me I was sunk, they didn’t only give me the only available one way truck they had which was the largest size they handle, they price matched it to my original order no questions asked. They were also very fast and left not even a single moment for me to even panic! Amazing service and amazing employees.

We truly had a great experience so far with Appliance Warehouse. Sarah was laid back, not pushy at all, efficient and kind. She told me about the warranty, assured me that my washer and dryer would be super clean and gave me a discount. They have a good selection and it changes often because they sell so fast. The only remark I would make is the parking situation, common at old places, but you park in the U-Haul parking lot and walk to the front of the building. It took us a little bit to find the front entrance. But once you do, it’s all good! Definitely recommend. The other guys are funny and helpful also.

We needed a last-minute U-Haul rental, and the process couldn’t have been easier! I called in the afternoon and was able to pick up the truck the next morning. Even with the app having issues and technology not working, the staff went above and beyond to make it happen. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience simple and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Lots of used appliances. I got a washer there for $225. Saw a few sets there around 400-500. You also get, I think, 30 days were if anything goes wrong with it they'll come fix it. My washer works great, and I believe I bought a washer and dryer there about 4 years ago for like, 350 for the set and never had any problems with them. I love this place

All the staff were super sweet and helpful! I was picking up for Discovery Center, and the Appliance Warehouse folks were super responsive, let us know all the details, and even made sure we were set with the right cord before heading out. Overall great experience!
