Hands down the BEST appliance repair experience ever!! Corey is an absolute gem! He was extremely friendly, kind, knowledgeable and communicative both in advance and in person. I highly recommend using his company for all your appliance repair needs!!

Had a great experience with Certified Appliance Repair! Jaiden was clean, polite, and super thorough (cleaned the entire dryer while he had it taken apart). He arrived on time and stayed late to finish the job the same day, and even handled our home warranty paperwork—above and beyond! Plus, Certified Appliance Repair is the most affordable option I found. This is the second time we have used them and Highly recommend!

I called around 8:15am and left a voicemail, received a call back around 8:45am, and they were at my door by 10:45 the same morning! Corey showed up with a trainee (which he asked about ahead of time and of course was totally fine, but super considerate that he asked if I was fine with that) and they got to work right away. He explained things really well to both me and his trainee and it was clear he was super knowledgeable about his work. They got my dryer fixed up in less than an hour. Corey made sure the dryer was functional and that everything was cleaned up and put back together properly before they left. It was a really great experience and I know who to call when we have appliance issues in the future! Great pricing as well! Thanks Corey and Jen

I highly recommend Certified Appliance Repair! They were much more affordable than companies we got quotes from. Jaiden was very professional and communicated well thru the whole process. We will definitely use them again if we need them.

Jaiden was my technician and he was excellent. Told him my issue via text and he was out within 2 days. He had the parts on hand and my dryer is working only 48 hours after calling. I will use (if needed of course) in the future. I couldn’t speak higher of their help. Also he had the parts on hand to complete after the diagnosis.

Finding a reasonable, honest, accurate, efficient, courteous, friendly, and basically a trustworthy appliance repair service is so important especially when your refrigerator isn't working! Corey is all of the above and goes above and beyond to be sure he's diagnosed the problem WITHOUT charging you something you don't need. He looks for the best part replace costs and of course guarantees his work and doesn't compell you to give him a good review as was my experience with my last appliance service did. Refrigerators are challenging and he's the one to service side by side refrigerators. Thank you Corey and for others that have given him a 5 star review to help me find him. I recommend he and his son as the first appliance repair service to call.
