Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Water Cleanup

I had a draining issue. Brady came out and was cleaning out the drain Line and ran into a situation. He then called his boss Blake. Blake came out and brought the camera and went down the drain line and noticed that there was a root growing through the line. He gave me a couple of options of how to fix it. I chose the option to have a new drain line put in the new and improved way with epoxy. Kelby and his crew came out and put it in on Friday.. On Sunday, I ran my dishwasher and the kitchen sink was backing up and Kilby came back out on Monday morning first thing and fix the issue. I am very happy with the service that I got with all of the guys that were involved. They are all very professional and knowledgeable on how to do their job. I would definitely recommend them to any family member or friend thank you so much for coming out. And getting me fixed up it is greatly appreciated

Want to thank Roto-Rooter for the outstanding workmanship on Water Line Replacement, Whole House Water Re-pipe 1-1/2 bath and installed Whole House Filter. They use the Best Materials called PEX. When I heard about this product I was thrilled that Roto-Rooter uses this for their installation. The advantage of PEX is that it's highly freeze tolerant. Roto-Rooter has a 10 year warranty on complete installation which is another plus to using them. Give credit to Brendon McCathy and Kelby Taylor for doing the installment. Will definitely use this company for future plumbing and water line needs.

Kirk changed out a French drain that was used for storm drainage water and our swimming pool water when needed. The French drain had been crushed during the winter from firewood trucks driving over the ground where it lay. Perhaps a 50 ft. run length to the curb of the street. He replaced the corrugated black drain with 4 inch schedule 40 PVC, much stronger. The drain pipe also carried the house gutter water to the street as well as a water collection box in the yard for low spot level rainwater collection. Kirk and his tractor did all of the work, to include manually backfilling the dirt and sod over the drain piping in one day. Heavy rains started the next day in our area and the water going thru this drain to the street was an amazing amount. Kirk knew what he was doing on this job and I can’t praise him enough for the hard work and speed of this water removal install before the heavy rains began. Thank you Kirk and Roto- Rooter and thanks to Blake for arriving early in the day and getting the job set up for us. The job cost was not cheap, but I feel like it was a "one and done" job that will last for many years.

Will was awesome! I had an emergency right after he got there, and he buckled down and got my service done super quick! And gave some advice that saved me a couple hundred bucks! I really really appreciate his understanding over my time restraint, and the extra help he didn't have to give. And my toilet works great now! This guy's awesome!

I do not normally leave bad reviews. But this needed to be done. Nothing against this tech. I think the company makes them do this. $4,000 quote. Wanted to laugh in their face. My father in law does construction for a living. Can you guess how much it really cost us to fix? $30 dollars. Do not bother with this company. Services like this are such a scam. $600 for one little piece? Will be adding screenshots. Also mentioned we would have to cut part of the wall out so they could "access" everything and his saw wouldn't cut on the correct side. Which we also did not need to do (:

Will L. Came out to look at our hot water heater. We thought it was a minor issues but we ended up needing a new one. He called the supply house and had them reopen after hours to make sure we had hot water tonight. Even with the supply run he was in and out in less than 3 hours. He was nice, polite and professional. Highly recommended.

I called Roto Rooter around 12:45 today and they came out and serviced my tankless hot water heater. It took the technician a couple of hours to get here due to me living in the country and a county that is 2 counties over from their office. The service manager called me and told me the technician was on his way and that he would be in touch with me throughout the process. He explained how their process worked and called me back after the technician did his diagnosis. The technicians name was Will and he was terrific. On his game, up front, honest, and made me feel completely comfortable. He even explained to me what he did and why it needed to be done. I would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing issue.
